Wired within

A remarkable day I could say. It was on November 29, 2008 Saturday; we had a class on our subject Future Technology though I was late to come in but I didn’t missed the sermons of our professor. I know it’s chronically left to discuss my reflection on that day, but I would like to update my personal insight on what had happened on that day. I was also a reporter on that day and task to report about Synthesizing Humanity, I had shared my homilies about how human synthesized this technology to humanity to create intelligent agent according to wikipedia.org “intelligent agent is a system that perceives its environment and takes actions which maximize its chances of success.” This would help humanity to make things work with a less chance of failing. We are familiar with this thing right now in this generation they are commonly called A.I (Artificial Intelligence). People had handed over their skills with this machine and they are mostly dominated on these recent days and they work with efficient without hesitating or arguing with their task. People now are being lazy the fact that everything right now is mostly instant. As our discussion had down deeper our sharing of information was on the air taught and idea had come up with arguments and it was a healthy discussion for all of us. Listening to every individual who stand up and share I was realizing my self how advantage and disadvantage this technology brought to humanity. People are the one who is choosing this path and majority of all is embracing it. We had sharing of argument in that day and one of those problems as far I can recall quoted “Would you like to be a rat, for the sake of technology?” because people right now can compare to a rat like experimenting them for the sake of innovation of technology. It was a fun point of view of sharing what had shared for entire class and majority of all was an opposition for the discussion though some had agree because the benefit that it would convey.

 If this generation right now is Instant, how about the future? This would be a great challenge for the entire humanity to accept this coming trend that we are now facing the question again is, are we ready for the coming Future? Because if we could perceive right now how things change on everything we couldn’t realize how this thing had started. To look from within ourselves from the future we would realize someday that we might be wired inside from this technology. And being wired would be a great scared for me because as scripture from the Bible had written and prophesized the 666sign from the book of revelation. We are now facing the Judgment day of our existence though this might be a good reasons to reflect within us and to our Great Heavenly Father. It’s not too late to repent they say, because our God is a Loving and Forgiving God. We can’t deny the fact the upcoming future that we are facing, that this technology might dominate us someday. To have faith with the lord and use our knowledge for the sake of humanity we could make shift to this unending change. This innovation of technology is here for us to fulfill in our needs and to solve our problem, hope we would used this technology appropriately as they are design to be.

My Future Technology

To start it all over again it’s really amazing to retreat over our self about how past evolve into this new generation, were everything starts from nothing. So wonderful to reminisce on what we had on those late days, upon recalling it its so sad that Mother Nature need to sacrifice for all our ambitious desires. Thus, these unknown plagues of diseases and calamities had spread across the world and human must repay for all of this consequences. Technologies arises and era’s had surpasses the new trend of life had change from east to west and north to south, everything is changing and controlling this phenomena takes a miracle to stop. Information is infinity around the screen and if you want to travel around the world takes a second only for you to see. Transition of changing is on fast phase now a day that revolts to humankind and even technology itself. To start the genesis of my story I will start first by reflecting our one self to our environment now days and this will in depth more our innate consciousness within us. To return from nothing will open us the reality to the real picture of our world today because these new lifestyle trend had forget us the responsibility of man kind to nature. Here in Davao, the sanctuary of nature is still preserve in midst of mountains hope the evolution of humankind won’t affect the area. To straight on the point of what the question is discoursing I will start to innovate this paragraph of statement of my future plan about this technology. To look it directly of what my discussion is going through you will notice how I treasure most the environment effect on this tremendous technology today, because global warming is a great issue today and this calamity will past down from our offspring to offspring. We mankind are the cause for all of this and being as a part of this generation and will be the hope for the future, I would contribute more on my skills on the nature and health issues to humankind. To stop this unending contribution support about the nature lets go to the introduction of the reality of this question. Looking as an IT professional must be worthy enough to explore my knowledge in dealing with our new era. At the best of my knowledge technology is the primary source of the new lifestyle today that motivates me to expand my ideas concerning the present problem in our society, industry, environment, and science. This technology is designed to be our pathway of life. My top list for my contribution I had plan is the first thing I had discuss in the first paragraph no other than the nature and environment. It inspired me lot to do things specially regarding to mother nature because technology is accelerating fast and nature is rewinding backward. But what is my innovation?, I’m planning to make a design that would surely hit two birds in one stone, and one of my hilarious vision of idea is planning to interact is water conservation and purification over the rain. Though many several study had contributed about water purification it sound so traditional, but I would try to fit in my best and hoping to squeeze all the minerals on every rain drop that lands on ground, so every drop will not be wasted. It inspired me because we have the most abundant fresh water here in Davao and one of the best drinking water on the faucet in the nation. I know many government agent and private sectors had planned over this conservation of water, however as time will click we cant predict how things will work on its way. So technology must be involved as being IT professional someday I will contribute a lot and pay tribute for this research in water though environment is a part of my plan water conservation, I think is the best starting point for my dream before I will in depth more on myself to the other fields. But I will also outreach my idea to the other sectors to improve the quality of life and my agenda will be and environmentally friendly technology. I know rain will give way to improve the condition regarding to water conservation here in our city because if only buildings and houses will try to instantiate something innovation for every rain drops of water this would be the best solution for water conservation. I’m planning to focus on water therapy for every rain drop so it will be able to drink and if you will pile some stock of water you can contribute to stop the flood here in the city. And if technology will be able to synthesize it my plan will be a drinking water while contributing a drop for the reservoir. This technology will need a high plan to implement for the reasons of some factor though my imagination go far beyond my expectation but I’m trying to stick of what my plan for future technology and that must be close to futuristic.
As I had introduce it this plan would merely surely cause a big lot of expense though this is only a plan of my dream and listing it as my assignment, this would focus me more later on as years will past that will remind me about the things that should I do when I would become an IT professional. As my introduction had focused over the nature I would be inflicting more on my time to our natural resources here in Davao because only Dabawenyos will only be the beneficiary for our resources and we will the only one who will suffer if this will not be used properly so as my water conservation is my one of my proposal to mother nature. To look on the other side of life and cycle we could see things how it evolves from itself and we human are the living proof of it. We wouldn’t notice even ourselves if we don’t look back to the past and those things from the past is also part of my inspiration, life is too short and life must lived to the fullest to start it all over again from the what we had from the past I was thinking also the resources we have here in Davao that would innovate me to come up with this technology. As my mind was running again I think and look to over the street and see how polluted was Davao right now many vehicle had dominated across the street and some of those cars is contributing the green house effect that we are now experiencing. To propose another round of futuristic technology I would suggest the Vacuum Detoxifyer Solar Power this would vacuum a large amount of carbon dioxide that mostly vehicle is emitting. The carbon dioxide that has been vacuum is being stock or pass directly to any nursery of plant and trees, computer system will allow to control the amount of dioxide that will pass for each designation nursery or any location were plants and trees will consume the given amount of dioxide needed and will be able to transform those air from carbon dioxide to oxygen. This would lessen the amount of green gas emission that we exert in the atmosphere though vehicular emission is one of the cause for these effect that we are now experiencing these would be a very beneficiary to everyone not only here but for the whole world. This would focus my research regarding also in protecting the atmosphere and the weather change we are now experiencing. My idea for this innovation was inspired over the islands you can see in the roads of Davao specially on the highway and this would be the best location for this plan. It is also a solar power which does not need anymore a battery or any electrical power consumption for this technology because now a days the hot of the sun can compare over the oven toaster, so solar power will be provided for this technology though it cost a minimal power consumption that would only limit only for storing its energy and supply needed. This proposal research of innovation today would hopefully be the motivation for the readers for this topic and will know the importants of nature to our society but also to our world. Hopefully will not be able to wired over our self as what we had discuss over the last Saturday on our laboratory on the discussion about future technology. This would surely be a great lesson for all of us to love of what we have right now specially those things that belongs to mother earth because we only have these things today but to be able to preserve it and to let our future grand children to experience this it takes a stop and a minute to think of what things must done right at this time. Though enough for all of these drama lets back to future and this technology trend we are now facing today lets see how things work on this era and this passion of material had overcome some people. Lastly on Saturday we had discuss over information technology of the future and its politics side. I would jump some of this information of sharing regarding with this topic we had our own discourse, I know this would be out of the topic for this question but it would be a factor also for the answer of my opinion to share my idea of what I had understood to come up some solution to the problem that will be facing also in the near future. This would also be my innovation of my study as being a professional IT someday, to phase it fast step to our discussion of being wired over our self to this trend of technology, is slowly down dominating over ourselves without knowing that this thing is manipulating us and its fast arising to our generation and making a big role to the society today this would somehow a big problem to the humankind. A factor which may not be forsaken because of its threat that is on rolling right now. Like computer addiction we don’t realize how this thing work as far beyond ourselves this things takes control to our human perception without knowing that we fall over to addiction some of these now a days are teenage, and adults. To see this problem is facing on our direction we can make a new shift of direction and make this thing stop before we experience it, as things right now is experiencing a synthesizing over the technology and human also is a part of that transition because we are the big cause for this evolution. To make this thing possible to stop we shall starts from within ourselves because even I couldn’t stop if this technology would overcome dominate every single human and our mother nature, because its every individual to start this from to locate the inner peace and go back to natural. Because this technology are only a tool for our needs not a tool to manipulate over us.

MIS dos questions

1.What should be the nature of the relationship between the business plan and the IS plan?
Success and progress are both common issues that the company usually aims. In terms of success which inline to their goal in daily routine of days, hindrances are unavoidable yet construable with proper and right usage of information and controlling. A big factor which maybe consider in area of some companies or business now a days are the people were inside the company because every individual is the most vital factor that is considerable as the most dominant that runs the business these human anatomically living things. I remember one time in the sermon of our beloved professor that MIS or Managerial Information System can be decompose in three sub major wherein one of those is the Hardware. As far as I understood in his sermons, hardware can easily be change to something novel. If your computer runs so low you can change your specs for convenient usage. The Second thing which composed also in the major where in MIS is the software that is also a part of the MIS range where program system is being checked if it’s running correctly if not, then change or repair. As you can notice the previous two sub-majors in MIS are replaceable yet they’re only things which composed the whole system, they’re only technology that is used in order for the business to operate rapidly and efficient at the right amount of time. The third ware is the most imperative property that composed MIS yet the most powerful and manipulative to the latter ware. PeopleWare that composed of every individual and heavenly body that operates the every cycle of the business and system. The point of my basis that Peopleware had dominated on the three wares is that; upon the hearing of homilies of our professor in his discussion, I learned and distinguish and prove that my hypothesis right. That even without these other hardware and software people can continue their business but that is not my focal point, my point of view is that those two wares namely, hardware and software can easily be replace without hesitating by replacing them, but human factor would surely big no because every individual plays a major role in the business. You might wonder as reader why I need to discuss the relationship that composed the MIS, the mere fact that these would be my basis on my answer on the preceding discussion with these series of case study.
Let’s snap back to reality of the question what should be the nature of the relationship between the Business plan and IS plan. Discoursing about the two methods of planning in the company plays significant part for the whole business. Both must take engage on serious matter of planning of what the transaction had agreed in the majority of all. Agreement of all is the most common and practical in all transaction but enhancing the nature of both world steps another revolution of what must take place first, is the Business plan revolve around the IS plan? Or on the opposite side the IS plan circumnavigate around the business plan. It’s so hard to distinguish both worlds because of its different role but it only aims one direction and that is succession. As far as my readings brought me, Alan R. Simon defined business plan “Is a document that contains the specific of what service you will offer, to whom and through what channels they will be directed on how the operations will be financed, and many other decision. No decision should made in isolation from one another. The point at which you bring all of these decision points together is your business plan”. In contrast of the IS plan also Michael M. Gorman stated that “The information systems plan project determines the sequence for implementing specific information systems. The goal of the strategy is to deliver the most valuable business information at the earliest time possible in the most cost-effective manner. The end product of the information systems project is an information systems plan (ISP)”. The component of business plan also shows the Information System experience. Making my own reflection about the natural relationship between Business plan and Information System plan, The business plan is like a mind, and the conscience is the IS. The conscience tells the mind of what things must consider or to do right how ever the mind takes control over the body to make this movement work properly. Information system planning includes strategical plan on daily basis of outcome and make conclusion of what the outcome has sum up. The nature of both worlds must work hand and hand. IS plan is only a tool on the business it can make stratify decision for the best solution of the company it is the business plan to control and operate the given solution for the problem.

2. What are the two most frequently experienced causes of frustration in IS professionals and users while working on an IS plan?

Frustration is like a malady on a working place specially on a big company when everything is on its critical task. Pressure is the number one cause for this illness, its unrecognizable for the person who is on this state of disease. Exhaust over the work that let this humanoid freak to evolve in to frustration. Symptoms for this disease is the unexpected occurrence of error or unmanageable plan. Thus thing is the case of the effect for this disease yet uncontrollable situation can be minimize if things is planned strategically that calculates also the possibilities of error to eliminate the chances of experiencing. As I had discuss earlier in the previous question about the Peopleware, we can recognized the fact that people is the main reason for the whole business to run. This frequently problem is already common on the work place and this will be my focal point of my discussion are the two most frequent experience cause of frustration and users while working on an IS plan. To directly start with this statement, I think the most reasonable cause of frustration in IS professional and users is the involvement of other human factor or the intervention of hierarchal people on the upper area while on the process of IS plan. I think IS professional had planned best solution for the company though IS is only a extension for the company an their only tool for the succession. Frustration will wrap around in every individual if the plan is on process and will change, I think this would be the leading case of frustration in IS professional and user, the absence of consistency. The second part of my discourse is the second cause of frustration though I hardly think over it because I’m not still part of the team that involves on it, but I think the most reasonable cause for all of this is the lack of cooperation in a team that IS professional and users don’t agree on the expected output of what had presented in the plan. This would trigger both parties to work on different ways and have their own idea. The plan had presented will be rubbish. Exhaust over IS team and users will cause a negative effect over the company and business. Unexpected instances like the time dilatation, transaction difficulties, unplanned happenings and etc. can also be a source of frustrations though proper planning is present, still there is an unexpected possibilities that is out of our control. Thus, this out of controlling instances can serves us a key point for our advanced preparation in any type of difficulties.

10 years from now

Being professional 10 years from now is not quite imaginable though I’m still a student and this is my 4th year staying in USeP but I’m still running my one last year in school hoping that I can graduate in my fifth year in studying. To shot in the star is grasping my dream that is like setting my vision in life though I’m not yet aware of what my dream really is, I was inspired one time upon hearing the voice from heavens when the great father of IC in USeP had shared his homilies of sermons. As I was listening in his words I’ve realize the value of life. PLAN was the one of those words that strongly penetrate to our coconut shell though planning is not my cup of tea, because I live everyday with accordance to what must happened everyday, upon hearing his voice I was stun for a moment and think of the word that was coming in his mouth, suddenly the next item that pops up in his mouth was VISION. It was quite confusing at first to imagine what vision really is, maybe because vision doesn’t clear within me. As I look back in the past and think of those things of what made me in this stage as far as I concern I don’t know if is it really my plan to study in this campus and being one of those professional IT someday or maybe because I’m up to something, something that is practical and common to other teenage colleagues. Graduating in degree course maybe one of those only reasons that pursue me on this quest. As time runs down I’m wondering why do I keep sitting in this class. Suddenly, it eventually clear to my mind upon hearing his third word, it strongly strikes me back at my feet on the floor and hold my sit down. MISSION, the word that prolongs to my ear for a minute and as I listen it quietly, I look at my professor eyes it was sharp and thin grim, I thought that he can read my mind. I stared blank with his eyes without knowing that I was easily absorbing his lecture to my head like a breath to my nose and life to my lungs. Mission a trail to my dream, it was the time that it clear to my perception that I was denying the fact that even I was 20 years of age here on earth the vision and mission had not plan for my entire existence. I was amaze and get stock with his homilies I was excited to hear his word after word that will pop to his mouth. Trailing his sermons with attentive listening, comes his last word. GOAL, it was now simply arranging the puzzle in my brain like a jigsaw puzzle having completed one by one. The wall of idealism (living my day of what would happened day after day) had collapse like a London bridge that fall. This was the time that I realize that I was fallen in the magnificent lecture of our professor like magician pulls its new trick on his hat. I could not deny that I’m getting interested more on these homilies because it’s like a spoon and fork to my future and dream that cater to my food of existence. The sermons that had said upon our professor were the key to enlightenment for each one of us I think I can’t probably thank enough for the mystery of words that reveal to us. It’s crystal clear now to my coconut shell to have this vision in life with tracks of mission I can set up goals in my plan. This might confusing for readers to depict this paragraph, but reasonably it motivated me a lot of those sermons I had endure. A Hilary Step I could say, that brought me gradient from dark to light the lecture gave me so bright ideas that even I myself cant imagine the future before but now hope its not to late to dream the impossible dream to fight the undefeatable fought of life. To recoil of what I had explain later I remember one time in his homilies he said “why do we need to plan? and who are those people that often used plan?”, he straightly stand up and talk vigorously; MILITARY was the key for the answer of those all questions. It was like a turning point to my consciousness because I realizes why do military need to plan on every operations they operate. The next answer was open when he said, “because in every operations on military they encounter, they’re life is always at risk and to eliminate chance’s of errors plan must be consider the best solution for every move they’ll step”. Upon retrieving the phrase that he mentioned earlier fun and challenge of excitement rush through the veins inside of me. I was challenge over my shadow of pride to try and test this new thing of perspective in life and live with accordance of plan. I reminisce the past of my days in staying in USeP the existence of my college that I was denying over the fact that while I’m sitting down the class listening to our professor that I was studying only for the sake of graduating.

IT professional bold to imagine and the fact that I’m still a student taking Bachelor of Science and Information Technology, someday I’ll maybe one of those IT professionals to look it straightly in the future is really a big task for me. Being a professional carries a lot of expectations about who you are, people often see you on a high degree level, some of them might think you can do much better than non-graduate or vocational graduate course. The name that you’ll be carrying must be worthy for every work that you strive and it is always a great challenge to every individual who is carrying the name professional. For me being a professional someday is another business where in to that position is a whole lot of different technical angles of transactions and aspect must notice. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to work with big companies with powerful people and equip with the right gift of knowledge and be globally competitive as what had USeP mission itself. Also can join the passion of life in genre and be able to live in High-Life yet practical. Dreaming those expectations is so hard to grasp but with right competencies and goals in life this will be a piece of cake that can be achievable in next picture. The world of professionals are quite amazing that imperfection is unacceptable to be specific, but to be more preferable of the path that I had started as being IT student right now and soon will be a IT professional this would take a long drift to road of nowhere because when you speak of IT it would involves everything around the sun 24/7 for information never stop with technology continue to roll itself. Talking as IT professional not only means of pointing a thread on a needle but it is a dynamic world which your skills will be develop according to your decision and the path you have chosen. It only implies a lot of effort being one of those IT professional it must equip a professionalism in work, ethics, environment, and everything. Idealistic, is unethical for IT on me, because it must be dynamic and broad. The root of its crop not only stop in Software Engineering or in System Analysis or a programmer or other specific project system making or a researcher. Life is a long journey and experiencing those unexplored things is challenging for every individual to stand up, because when you push yourself to limitation that is the only thing you can see things act, with accordance to nature.

Strategical Planning will be my bet not only for 10 years but for the series as long as I lived and this will be my main ace in life. Planning everyday is a great challenge for me because you can’t expect things to happened in your will. Simply putting aside those things that must not be considerable will be eliminated for time ticks only for once in a lifetime. Decomposing things that must be done in daily, will be prioritize for each task of demand to be done. I know this will be a great challenge for this time but it will be better to start it now when things are still on its ripe cycle. Changing my daily lives with accordance to what must happened appropriately will be a new round on the battle ground, it will challenge my pride as being a stubborn and as a computer game addict today. However, the call of my future and life had demanded more as I heard before the sermons of our professor it was great EMP shock wave to my head, that even I was a hard headed, I was chill over bones that this future lies upon my hand and this might be a couple of days here soon. My plan will refer on every short period of time and my long term goal will be based on the capability I can acquire to improve better and learn more further to reach my limitations and set my another milestone. Strategically in layman’s word I’ll will used everything resources needed for me to improve, if I will need to go back to school I will tend to retreat my school days if needed. Though information is all around all you do is click the tip of your mouse and wall of knowledge is all yours. If seminars and affiliation on my field is on call I will grasp anything for me to satisfy the hunger in depth within me. Because now I’m starve of information not only because the power it gave but the knowledge it will provide for my vision to be real and mission to accomplish and goal to be started.

Living a life in the world of Information Technology might brought me a big impact in my personal intuition that will change my views to reality because of its bold boarder line and unlimited capabilities. To dream big is like a lottery draw the bigger you dream the more chances of winning it, if your mission is align to your vision and your goal is motivated to work with your plan, then this will not be hindrance to success of your dreams. To thank our professor for the motivational homilies he had share, It enlighten me for many reasons of life and this change a whole new ground entire me from within or without. I can be able more to comprehend much better the vision and trails to my future to see it clearly now within this stage. It is quite hard to imagine yet with taught of words right now to simply be one of the leading IT people who stand under the banner of Davao to promote its IT industry in Davao and be a leading corporate in the Philippines that will represent the nation for global competition in terms on IT skills and research. And I will prove to the whole world that here in Davao is the new Jerusalem in terms of technological competencies. However, in behalf of those technology that exists in this world today, I’ll still promote the Green Computing and Green Life which I will pay much more attention on the nature side effect for everything we had borrow to our own mother earth. This ambition is only a part of my mission 10 years from now and this is only a half way to go in my dreams. And those visions are keep growing everyday as what my palm is obtaining right now, and knowledge that is always hunger for information inflame with my dreams of being a IT PROFESSIONAL one day!…

Technology in my own Perception

Technology has been innate to the people in this generation in making a new trend which was impossible before. For the fact that it exists in the humankind even the word technology had not yet founded. Basically, there are a lot of factors which humanity is continuing to evolve because change is the only constant in this world. Problems are the key reasons that drive this technology to evolve itself, on the other hand satisfaction of the mankind is the sub main reasons that made this evolution to develop, healthy competition with companies are also part on this reasons though in real world there are a lot of factors that compose this technology to reach its milestone than before. The point that this thing is influencing to mankind is the trend now a days, but also the demand and needs of the people even though the existing information can be easily found and this could give a solution to the existing dilemma today.
