Paradigm Shift…
February 1, 2009In the spectrum of organizational change, which is the most radical type of change: automation, rationalization of procedures, business reengineering, or paradigm shifts?
In my opinion every change has its consequence, and facing those consequences has a significant effect in the organization and could have a dramatic effect whether to success or failure. However, I think that no one is planning to fail, so these changes would be a great challenge in every organization which would serve as a key to success.
I think the most drastic type of change would be the paradigm shift which from basic view of the organization to different angle, this type would be similar to evolutionary. Though there are greater risk lies upon this shift because it takes time to plan and accurate data is very critical to success of the organization.
Sample of this the youth today which has drastic and dramtical change over the past years, youth is more open minded over those past years and yet there are several of change. Like the type of courtship today, On the past years the guy will come and court the girl in thier house along with theyre guitars and back up singer. Now a day, through texting opposite sex can easily communicate which a new relationship would be started and simple as that the it would be easy to court the girl.
